Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and BrightLedger Learning ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website and course materials.

Course Purchases

When you purchase a course from us, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for personal, non-commercial use only. The duration of access is specified in the course description (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, or lifetime).

All payments are processed securely. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method(s) used in connection with any purchase.

Intellectual Property Rights

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario. BrightLedger Learning and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Ontario shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
